A few more small fixes.
0.0.11
- Fixed held weapons getting stuck in animations when extracting while using an attack.
- Fixed shoulder cannons not using the correct default control group.
- Added hit audio to kicks.
- Fixed items disappearing when dropped from the BK02 torso.
